Professional dust extraction RS6

This dust extraction system is equipped with four (4) suction turbines. These are completely installed in an anodized aluminum housing. The R56 dust extraction system was developed to separate the fine dust from heavier dust particles that would otherwise clog the filter. The heavier dust components settle on the bottom of the cylinder, while the fine dust is blocked by the activated carbon filter. Activated carbon filters are used in the nail industry to filter and bind acrylic vapors and other chemical odors from solvents. The dust extraction ensures strong dust extraction and is suitable for installation in all nail tables if the dimensions of the table top correspond to those of the extraction system. The dust extractor has a stepless power controller for setting the suction power. Maintenance and cleaning of the dust extraction is simple and intuitive. You remove the round cylinder from above and first dispose of the coarse dust in a waste bin, then the filter can be removed and cleaned either with a vacuum cleaner or under running water. The intake air is filtered and then expelled from the left side of the dust extractor. The dust extraction is installed under the table top. The cutout in the table top is taken into account. The gray aluminum cylinder, which is inserted from above, is included in the scope of delivery.
