The offers and price lists are established and communicated to the customer without any commitment. EMMENAILS is only committed to its customers in this regard after written or electronic confirmation from it or from the time EMMENAILS has begun to perform the contract. All prices indicated are always exclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise, and excluding all other taxes payable by the customer. In the event that transport, reservation or administrative costs are taken into account, these will be mentioned separately. Orders can only be placed, either on the HASITOPNAILS site, or by calling the number 0032 (0) 470 670 497. The means of communication are telephone, email and post.
Payment for orders placed by email, telephone or on the HASITOPNAILS site is made exclusively in cash and on delivery and without discount. Payment for orders with a delivery address outside of Belgium is made either by VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards, or by prepayment to the IBAN account: BE29363194817264 and BIC bank code: BBRUBEBB. EMMENAILS guarantees the confidentiality of the credit card numbers transmitted to EMMENAILS for the payment of orders.
Invoices are also payable in Euros at the EMMENAILS depot located at 1050 Elsene without discount. In this case, EMMENAILS reserves the right to refuse payment by checks, drafts or other instruments. The representatives of EMMENAILS do not have the capacity to collect invoices or to give a valid receipt for them. The non-payment of an invoice on its due date automatically and without prior notice:
a) the immediate and automatic payment of all invoices not yet due; for these invoices, the due date will be that of the first unpaid invoice.
b) the increase of the balance due with interest of 1% per month, each month started being considered a full month. The amount due will also be increased automatically and without prior notice by an amount equal to 15% of the balance due with a minimum of € 125, as a fixed and irreducible penalty clause.
c) the authorization to suspend or terminate any other ongoing contract. The possible granting of a payment period does not imply any waiver on the part of EMMENAILS of the application of these conditions.
Unless out of stock, in the event of force majeure or in the event of analysis of the file, deliveries on Belgian territory are made within 48 hours by the services of BPOST or DPD on the sole condition that the order has been made before 11 a.m. .
